I have a Coat of Endless Emotions.

Woven of moving colors, translucent to white.

And on to blue, from heavy to light.

Embedded with memories, yours and mine.

Though up and down it circles, a still center we find.

Come create with the artist Meiling Chen in an expressive and safe space, in person, or remotely. Together we will explore your emotions and concerns through art-making.

Bring an object (ex. a gift from an ex-love, garment from a deceased loved one, or toy from childhood) that has meaningful associations for you. Or use any of the abundant art materials and objects on-site. Meiling will assist you to transform the object and/or create a new artwork of your own, in which your emotions will be well expressed and, hopefully, transformed.

There is no pressure to create – you can have a conversation with her, or she will simply listen.You are welcome to take the finished artwork with you or leave it on-site as part of the exhibition.

Take a seat, and explore. Both in-person and remote sessions will be 30 minutes, (45 minutes, if time allows). Walk-ins are welcome if the seat is free. Looking forward to meeting you.
